IMPORTANT NOTICE:
The initial payment made by the applicant towards package for enrolling as an independent Member will not be refunded under any circumstances. The package includes Mobile service activation or conversion charges, Prospectus charges, Application fee, Member's Account maintenance fee, etc.
A Member's initial appointment is valid for the period of one year. A Member has to pay annual renewal fee as prescribed from time to time at the end of every 12 months from the date of his/her joining the Company. If the Member / Dealer did not renew his/her Membership with in due date, his/her Membership will be blocked with immediate effect.
General Guidelines
Minimum Recharge amount for mobiles is Rs.10. (For DTH services the minimum amount fixed by the operators will be applicable, except TataSky [Min.300] and DishTv [min. 200])
Recharge hours will be from 8 am to 10 pm, on all days.
Office hours will be from 9 am to 8 pm, with Lunch hours between 1 pm and 2 pm. Sunday will be holiday for office.
Members can enjoy the recharge benefits during holidays too, except in extraordinary circumstances. However, customer care will be available only during office hours.
We take utmost care here for members. So, in case of any issue we request the members not to panic. Just send a SMS to customer care number and it will be attended to. Such query shall be raised within 24 hours from the transaction.
It is the responsibility of the members to mention the correct network code, correct number and correct amount. (Request for cancellation or transfer of recharge will not be entertained, as it may affect the transactions of other members.)
To avoid last minute rush, always keep sufficient balance in your account.
Any amount shall be paid at the office counter or in the designated banks only, in advance.
All Members are requested not to call on the Gateway Numbers provided by AEC for sending SMS, under any circumstances.

An example is given below. (The example is for recharging an AIRTEL number for Rs.50.)
Members can send SMS to the following Gateway Numbers for recharge:*
Gateway numbers: 9566247031 and 8124927404. (Members are requested not to call the Gateway numbers.)
* Please note that normal SMS charges may be applicable.
2. How to check balance?
Members can check their stock balance by typing CB and sending to any of the Gateway numbers. The available stock balance in their account will be sent back to their mobile via SMS.
3. How to check transaction status?
Members can check their last 3 transactions, by typing CR and sending to any of the Gateway numbers. The results of previous 3 transactions (with Transaction ID) will be sent to their mobile via SMS.
Also, members can check the transaction for a particular mobile number / DTH number. To do this, members have to type CR<mobile number> and send to any of the Gateway numbers.(example: CR9940096563 --> For this command, the system will search for the recharge done for 9940096563 by the Member in the past 15 days. If found, the results (last 3 transactions for the particular mobile number) will be forwarded to the member's mobile. Otherwise, a message saying 'NOT FOUND' will be forwarded.)
4. How to fill your account with funds?
Members can top-up their account with sufficient funds by transferring funds online to the Bank account. CLICK HERE for BANK DETAILS. Customers can also pay cash directly in the office counter.
For members who have paid through Banks, the stock balance will be transferred after verifying the payment. Since this operation depends upon the Banks' functionalities, members are requested to pay / transfer funds into our banks well before exhausting your stock, to avoid unnecessary rush.
Members need not call our customer care for intimating the payment made. They can just send a SMS in the following format to the Customer Care number. (Only one SMS per payment. Do not send multiple messages for a single payment. In case, if you want to remind, just add a word"Reminder" in the beginning of the SMS.)

* If there is any dispute in the payment, members may be asked to produce sufficient proof for the payment. So, please preserve the original chalan / receipt for verification at any time.
